Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through roydavid.art and is part of our Terms of Service.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Original artworks and limited edition prints are prepared, packed, and handled with care. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted third-party carriers. The carrier, service level, and routing are selected at our discretion unless otherwise stated.
Tracking information will be provided when available once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
Estimated delivery times do not constitute a guarantee.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
All shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other governmental fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from customs clearance processes.
Risk of Loss & Title
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered shipments once they are in the carrier’s possession.
Incorrect Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may incur additional shipping charges.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a damage claim, please provide:

clear photographs of the damaged artwork

photographs of the packaging

your order number
Failure to report damage within this timeframe or to provide sufficient documentation may result in the claim being denied.
If a claim is approved, the resolution (replacement or refund) will be determined at our sole discretion.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Returns Related to Shipping
All sales are final. Shipping issues do not constitute grounds for return or refund, except where required by mandatory law or where damage or error is confirmed.
