Refund policy

 

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms. This policy applies to all purchases, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

 

 

Original Artworks (One of One)

 

All original artworks are unique, one-of-one works.


Orders for original artworks may be cancelled within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the cancellation request is submitted before the artwork has been shipped.


Once an original artwork has been dispatched, the sale becomes final and the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.


Original artworks that have been custom-made, altered, or specifically reserved for a customer are not eligible for cancellation.

 

 

Limited Edition Prints

 

Limited edition prints may be cancelled within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is returned:

 

  • unused and unframed

  • in original condition

  • in its original packaging

 

If these conditions are met, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable cancellation or handling fees permitted by law.


No refunds will be issued for:

 

  • change of mind after the cancellation period

  • incorrect selection

  • dissatisfaction with appearance

  • delivery delays beyond our control

  • color variations due to screen or display differences

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

 

  • clear photographs of the item

  • photographs of the original packaging

  • your order number


Claims submitted after 48 hours or without sufficient documentation may not be accepted.


If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

 

Shipping, Duties & Taxes

 

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable.


We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control once the order has been shipped.

 

 

Chargebacks


By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons covered by this policy.


Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order confirmation, proof of delivery, and this policy.
